(Solved) : Working Website Want Make Welcome Box Message Go Black Navigation Login System Admin Accou Q35589435

I am working on a website and I want to make the welcome boxmessage go under the black navigation. I have a login system withadmin accounts and this is how it looks like. I am trying to placethe box below the black bar and into the white empty spacebelow.
